Our delivery drivers and installers have been furniture professionals for over 40 years.
Careful and expert, they know our furniture perfectly and install it quickly in the room of your choice.


2 - You choose

We'll work with you to find a convenient time. Let's schedule your appointment together. We'll then keep you informed by text message the day before delivery, and then by phone before our arrival.


3 - Real-time monitoring

We will keep you informed by text message in the morning, then by call 20 to 30 minutes before our arrival.
Geolocate us in real time.


4 - The small space expert

We do everything we can to guarantee you optimal delivery.
Most of our products are designed to be disassembled and delivered in multiple packages to facilitate access to the part of your choice.


5 - All you have to do is enjoy!

After demonstrating the furniture to you, our delivery drivers leave with all the packaging, clean and efficient.
Now delivered and installed, enjoy your new furniture.

Other delivery options available

    • Click & Collect: Come and collect your furniture directly from our warehouse in Gonesse, Créteil, Lyon or Marseille.


    • Home delivery: For certain types of furniture that do not require assembly (wall-mounted desks, for example), we offer home delivery without installation.


    • Delivery in Europe: We deliver to Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, but we can also deliver anywhere else in Europe. Contact us at 01 76 21 93 55 for more information.


    • Old furniture collection: To make things easier for you, we offer to collect your old furniture. This optional service must be requested when placing your order.

Delivery times

  • We offer express delivery within 48 hours on over 5,000 pieces of furniture in stock.
  • For our custom-designed furniture (fabrics, options, dimensions) it takes between 4 and 12 weeks depending on the type of furniture and the options chosen.

Below are the delivery times depending on the department:

    • Departments delivered within 48 working hours:

      Ile de France (75, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95)

    • Departments delivered in 5 to 7 working days:

      01, 13, 42, 69

    • Departments delivered in 5 to 12 working days (excluding wall beds):

      17, 24, 33, 47, 59, 62

We also deliver to other countries within 15 working days, such as:

    • Belgium

  • Floor supplement: No additional charge will be required up to the 4th floor. From the 5th floor (without elevator) a supplement of €15 per floor and per item will be required.
  • Storage fees: Additional fees are to be expected for storage beyond 15 days in our warehouses: €20/week.
  • Elevator fees: €275 (in Paris and the Paris region).
  • Recovery: The recovery of your old furniture is free under certain conditions (AGEC law):
    • The product to be returned must be of the same type and dimensions as the one that will be purchased.
    • Before delivery of the purchased product, the customer must disassemble all removable parts of the product and make it accessible to the service provider. This must be done at the place and on the delivery date indicated on the delivery note.
    • The product must be correctly packaged and grouped together ready for collection.
    • The product to be returned must not present any danger to the safety or health of the delivery service provider.
        If all of its obligations are not met, the service provider may refuse the recovery or charge for this service according to their price list:
            • Repurchase of old sofa, storage bed, table: €30 in IDF, Marseille or Lyon, €96 in the rest of France excluding Corsica.
            • Repurchase of old sofa + armchair: €45 in IDF, Marseille or Lyon, €96 in the rest of France excluding Corsica.
            • Repurchase of the old corner sofa: €60 in IDF, Marseille or Lyon, €96 in the rest of France excluding Corsica.
